Ghost is a relatively new supplement company that has gained popularity. Today, we are going to take a look at Ghost Vegan Protein and see what it has to offer. There are no proprietary blends with this product and everything is fully disclosed on the label. This is an interesting vegan protein as it contains protein from pea, pumpkin, and watermelon seed. It is also easy to digest and and your stomach should be able to tolerate it well. And with a variety of different and unique flavors, I can see how this supplement company is gaining momentum.
So let’s break it down. Ghost contains 21 grams of protein per serving. It also contains 6 grams of carbs and 1.5 grams of fat per serving as well as 120 calories. They also break down where the protein in this powder comes from. 12 grams of protein comes from pea protein concentrate. 5.5 grams of protein come from organic pumpkin, and 2.5 grams of protein come from watermelon seed. This is a unique blend and I like where the protein is coming from. This product is also gluten and soy free.
Mixability and Taste
So one thing about Ghost is that they have really cool and unique flavors such as “banana pancake batter”, “pancake batter”, and “peanut butter cereal milk”. I have tried the “peanut butter cereal milk” because I love peanut butter and it has an awesome taste. I was pleasantly surprised because I usually find the taste of vegan protein powders boring and sometimes unpleasant. Mixability is OK as I sometimes notice the grainyness of the powder and sometimes can be hard to mix. If you have a blender, you won’t have any problems though.
- Unique protein blend

Ghost Vegan Protein is a bit on the pricier side. But it does have quality ingredients as well as an awesome taste. If you are looking for a great tasting vegan protein powder, give Ghost Vegan Protein a try.
